"Having Qualified in Surgery in 1960 and trained under John Charnley in 1967.Henry Hamilton went to live in Canada.
During the Vietnam War he was stationed at Phan Rang."

"With the assistance of his Mentor John Charley back in Wrightington, Henry designed and installed the First Clean Air Theatre in a Field Hospital in Vietnam."
